If you have not received your package after the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately.

  • Customs Duties and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

BLUEORBIT TRADE SDN. BHD. has no control over the customs policies of each country and cannot estimate the amount of these fees.

If you refuse a package or the package is returned due to customs clearance failure, shipping charges and related fees will not be refunded.

  • Address Issues and Responsibility for Signature

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide when placing your order is complete and accurate, including address, postal code, and contact number.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unaccepted delivery, or refusal, additional fees will be incurred for reshipment or refund, which will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Lost or Damaged Package Handling

If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipping, please contact us by email within 72 hours of receiving notification (including your order number and photo evidence).

We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and, depending on the circumstances, arrange a refund or reshipment.
